I post on BT regularly and enjoy some bits of it, but I do think it's ridiculous the way Bionic and some others have been banned just for trying to answer questions. There are people over there who are still upset over the Steve thing because they don't know what's happening, and to ban people just because they know classified information is silly.

On the other hand, it is the official site and I wouldn't be surprised if management decide what is allowed on there and what's not allowed. The moderators might well have no control over it.

The point is, some people know Steve is gone and have done since before the whole "throat infection" announcement was made.

To me the fact that he turned up at the gig on Friday night means nothing other than he wanted to see his friends and is getting on with his life. But for some people it's just gonna rev up the whole "he's coming back" thing. I'm not suggesting he shouldn't have been there, what I am suggesting is that the official site should be more honest. JSS is clearly very popular and I think it would be hard for them to change back now.

No-one will be able to move on from all this until they know what's happening singer-wise.

Why do you visit this site? I suspect it must be because this board offers a release from the stifling atmosphere of the 'controlled environment' at BT. Yet when you arrive here....you present yourself as a man who is too mature for the culture of this site.

It seems to me that you should either lighten up and enjoy this site for what it is - or stay at BT where all the "foul mouthed, agressive, racist, xenophobic, chauventistic, ego-centric, domineering, insulting, loud and disrespectful" behaviour is repressed.

Sorry, it wasn't meant to sound like a lecture. But let me get this straight. Are you saying that you think all the 'foul mouthed, agressive.....' stuff is desirable behaviour here? Oh, OK.

I visit this site, along with half a dozen other boards, because it does occasionally prove informative and have reasoned debates, about a subject in which I am interested. But, like the other sites, I don't necessarily like everything that goes on, and I reserve the right to comment on those aspects I think could and should be improved. I don't think I'm too mature for the culture of the site, just more mature than the handful of people who seem intent on dragging that culture down to childish levels.

And I don't understand why every response to me goes along the lines of 'go back to BT'. Sure, I spend some time there, but there are aspects of that site I don't particularly care for too. BT also has threads that sometimes descend into childish mud-slinging (although it manages to avoid most of the characteristics described above), but it amazes me that so many people here are obsessed with BT and are convinced it represents everything that is bad. It doesn't.

Since the tape incident many people have seen BT in a diffrent light,i was cautioned and had two female moderators on my case every post.I emailed them regarding the whole tape issue and was basically told it was lies and innuendo of which i was spreading and would be suspended.The only negative comments i made was that the board was like a cult and that the problems started when Steve mimed the shows i was then suspended. So some people like myself that have been branded trouble makers just for beliving that Steve mimed.

1. Say anything you like, as long as it has nothing to do with Journey. If you want to talk about Journey, try to bury your post somewhere in a thread about sex, or tribute bands or fighting.

4. Hate everybody, but especially hate ex-band members, anybody who has not yet been banned from BT, and anybody with the surname Augeri.
