So it's bad form to go and see your friends or even just go out of curiousity (i.e. to see what your replacement is like on stage). As someone else said, they're not kids.
Sheesh... everything starts a big debate on here.
all he was doing was seeing how the show went on and how his competition was doing simple as that . and wondering what the show looks like from the fans side of it....cause I'm sure thats the only way he'll be seeing them again. From the cheap seatsMCC620 wrote:Les wrote:For god's sake. Why not? Well according to the self-appointed "main character of this board" we should probably start with the fact that Schon/Cain HATE (in Schon's case since at LEAST 2004) the guy, have branded him a pariah in the band and unceremoniously fired him.
That should be reason enough for Augeri not to be in the amphitheater at all, let alone the soundbooth and then exchaging greetings with JSS who posted they were all happy to see him.
Unless, of course, the above is somewhat wide of the mark on the truth-o-meter.

Have someone take your pic with a digital camera and then email it to one of your friends here.

"Why not?" you ask?

The Band and Management are very aware of all the specualting and in-fighting on the web right now concerning whether or not SA is still in the band. No one wants to say anything, one way or the other, right now since the tour is going so well. So all involved throw us a curveball: Management and/or the Band ask SA to make an appearance at this show so that all the SA fans can be happy and still have some hope, thus making sure they still stay interested in the band. Also, by SA being there, Management and the Band hope to squash all the rumors of "who's in/who's out" for alittle while longer until AFTER the tour is completely over and ALL parties involved can decide what exactly will be the future of Journey.
So that's my take on why SA showed up at the show...

Yea.
Or, and I know this is a REAL stretch here but I'm going out limbing, it could be what it appeared to be. SA going to visit and lend support to the band.
