Lightning Never Strikes Twice - Slade

Brilliant track off a stunner of an album called Whatever Happened To Slade (from 1977) 8) I can't recommend this album enough. It is unlike anything Slade ever made before or since, dark a bit psychedelic and hard rocking as hell!

Listen to it or better yet, buy it, you won't regret it if you like complex, intelligent 70's hard rock.

Never Be Lonely - The Feeling

This song has just hit the UK Top Ten....and is leading the 70s style soft rock revival over here....

Glad you liked it, Steveforever. They've released three hit singles in a row - and it's great to see a band who are strongly influenced by ELO, Supertramp and Gerry Rafferty knock R nB and hip-hop acts out of the Top Ten.
