My friend does Karaoke for a living and let me borrow his Journey stuff. SInce I am a fan and I so somne singing I thought I would take a stab at it. You wont hurt my feelings so say what you will. Ive been working on my upper range and this is a good test for me. Cheap mic so the vocals are thin. Cant do much about that.

Please check out my oringinals too if you can without signing up. I played all instruments and sang on them. Journey is just great vocal practice.

I just thought what the hell. Ive never been a lead singer really, just a writer and I have to sing my own shit because the guy in my cover band could not cut it. I branching out I guess. My girlfried is pushing me to sing more. Thing is and couldnt do that for a whole show. 3 songs and im toast because I dont so it all the time. I will post more as I plan to record all that I can because its good practice and a way for me to get unbiased opinions. I will be doing more tomorrow.

I makes me feel really great. I have gig tonight or I would do more. thx everyone.

Sorry ladies i just dont get the JSS in journey still ,his voice for me just doesnt sound right for the classics i know you guys like him ,for me its about that sound and i wont be tremedously swayed by his looks since im straight

Those 2 sound checks that were put up last week were as clear as day with no audience noise he sounds very strained on IBAWU and the other song , i dont even want to go there----think about it, it was practice right before a concert, they say they were screwing around okay--well this drummer was just screwing around as well and he sounds closer to hitting that song then Jeff, i just think theres plenty of others that can keep the classics closer to the way they were meant to be

Then no more outta you buddy!!!!! JSS rocks!!! You really have to see it to believe it. I was so skeptical at first, probably even more so than you, but then I saw him and was blown away (go ahead, make your dirty comment).

He's "Finger Lickin' Good" and you will only understand this if you have seen him live!!
