It was good to see them there, and winning on top of that. Only been to the Superdome 3 times. Don't know what it would feel like going there again-ERIC

You're living in a dream world.
Name more than one unabashedly liberal news show on the airwaves.
You simply cannot do it.

The_Noble_Cause wrote:CBS caved in to Conservative ass clowns and pulled "The Reagans" TV movie with much less ado. The fact that it skipped your memory just shows how little uproar the GOP even had to make.
One muffled whimper and CBS pulled the plug.

Didn't remember it. Didn't watch it. Didn't care about it. Regardless, if I remember correctly, the show was pulled because it was disrespectful towards a former president WHO HAD JUST DIED DAYS PRIOR to its airing. I would hope the networks would afford any other president the same respect if they were to die days prior to the airing of their own dirty laundry on national television.

Then you need to stop using FOX news as your frame of reference.
90% of their programming is opinion or contains partisan editorializing (O'Reilly, Hannity, Beltway Boys, Cavuto etc)

You're preaching to the wrong choir. I'm not saying Fox News doesn't lean conservative. It does. You don't win any points at all on your arguments regarding their bias.

As much as you wish Wolf Blitzer was a bastion of gushing liberalism, he ain't.

Typical brain dead liberal smoke and mirrors. I didn't mention Wolf Blitzer.

Take a look at Dan Rather's rabid Bush hatred, not to mention his disdain for George H.W. Bush, for that matter.

What a topical example.
That guy isn't even on the air, dipshit.

 I'm well aware that Rather isn't on the air. Are you as much of a numbskull as you usually appear to be? He only just resigned a few months ago. So CBS News has changed its spots that quickly since little ol' Miss Muffett hopped on top of her desk? Take off your grease-splattered glasses and clean them off and maybe you'll see straight for a change.

They've even had ex-employees go on record stating that their is a right-of-center mission statement circulating there.
I watch FOX News. I enjoy FOX News.
With that said, I am also fully aware that they have a right-leaning bias.

Former employees of CNN and other networks have said the same kinds of things regarding their network also. Blah, blah, blah.

Do you even own a TV, dude?
I get the distinct impression from your posts that you have high speed intenet and maybe a transistor radio.

Why, yes and we even have one with color now and one of those new-fangled remote control things so I don't have to get up and spill my beer when I want to watch Hee Haw.

Good grief. Take the bolts out of your neck and have Dr. Frankenstein replace your "Abby Normal" brain with something that functions above the level of a sea slug.

And he'd be 100% on the nose.
Bush has raided Social Security to pay for his dunderheaded Iraq project.

And Bush broke the same debate rules while arguing with Kerry...talking over his allotted time and bellowing right over the moderator.

There is no stack of money marked "for social security" it's all one big pile of cash.

My post wasn't about breaking debate rules. It was to nuke deano's "seams of America" jibberish, and who really campaigns w/ a divide and conquer strategy. You need to work on your reading and comprehension.

Nice try.
Too bad the movie was set to air in 2003.
Reagan didn't die until after a year later.

No wonder you love FOX News so much, you both stoop to the same sleazy tactics.
Namely, bold-faced lying.

Anymore propaganda you wish to spew, Herr Goebbels?

Typical brain dead liberal smoke and mirrors. I didn't mention Wolf Blitzer.

Then how about actually naming someone, ANYONE.
Who is this traitorous wretch espousing liberal-advocacy and social programs on the airwaves day and nite?
That inanimate clump of putredescent skin flabs, Larry King? - I dare think not!
Again, I defy you to name names.

Former employees of CNN and other networks have said the same kinds of things regarding their network also. Blah, blah, blah.

Find me a link.
When you Google the keywords "former fox employees" and "bias", there are so many examples the monitor starts glowing red-hot, and emitting smoke.
Again, find me a link.

If that is true, then I stand corrected. It wasn't a purposeful lie. Then again, liberals have a strange interpretation of what a "lie" really is, don't they?

Yes, Larry King is a liberal. Everyone knows it.

Do a search on Bernie Goldberg, former CBS reporter on their left-wing bias. He's been pretty outspoken about it and he has written about it several times since 1996.

OK...That was one link. Here's the Crow recipe book for you again...

Aren't you the one that said you will just attack even if you don't have the facts to back you up? That was back not long after I joined on here, wasn't it? Funny you would accuse me of doing that.

OK...After doing some research, it does look like conservatives submarined the Reagan mini-series in the exact same way that liberals got the content of the 9/11 series changed. I have no problem admitting I was wrong on that one. It was not a "bold-faced" lie. I simply had my facts wrong.

Yeah, he really is making some smoking headway on those radical progressive issues by lodging nightly softballs at Mickey Rooney and Beatrice Arthur.

I will look at this later (seriously).

Quote me.
If I said that, I was obviously being tongue in cheek.
It may sound silly, but I try to be honest on here.

You said it but I wasn't able to find it. That being said, I also try to be honest, so please don't ever say that I'm flat out lying. If I post something that is inaccurate, then say so. Don't call me a liar. That's not my honest intention.
