Over in Korea, we military pukes called these "Juicy Boots".
Most bars over there have "Juicy Girls"; mostly Russian chicks that would spend time with you and make you feel like a King as long as you kept buying them 8oz cups of fruit juice at $10 a pop! Pretty ridiculous but there were always guys blowing paychecks on them. And they all wore this style of boot with their skimpy lingere, thus, we called them

LOL Angie, everytime I hear the song "SHOOZE" I think of you!! When I was in Chicago I had to laugh at the Shoe Store named Shooze - LOL
