EDGE OF THE FUCKING BLADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT ROCKS!

I dare you to say this isn't fucking awesome!

Brought the house down, and the absolute show stopper that I saw.

FUCK YEAH!!! JEEESUS CHRISST. Jeff BRINGS IT BIG TIME. Full power of his voice. Anyone consider that maybe he will get even better live! He is only been singing this shit for a few months. How did Augeri sound after a few months?

Phew! I need a drink to calm down. My adrenaline is pumping just thinking of how this sounded in person.

The Leppards sounded like they were in slow motion after that set!

To be honest, Journey has always been in my top 10. However, they have never been my favorite band. (funny isn't it)

I grew up a Kiss fan. You want to talk about a band that has fallen, it is them. Doesn't mean I don't look back fondly on their 70's music.

When I see Journey now, I see a band trying to right the ship and put out some more rock music to add to their legacy.

I wish Journey all the success in the world!

My favorite bands in no order: Kiss. Journey, Dio, Rainbow, Thin Lizzy, Scorpions, Black Sabbath, BillyJoel, Fleetwood Mac, Marillion

Of course that changes every day. LOL

Yes me too AR. But I look back fondly on their 80s music too - and the reunion shows in the late 1990s were INCREDIBLE.

But I recently saw the "Rock The Nation" DVD from 2004...and it really depressed me.

LOL, I was at the Rock the Nation shoot at Nissan Pavilion in Bristow, VA. Bastards never put me on camera! LOL

The 80's stuff was spotty but some good stuff here and there. I went to night #2 at Madison Square Garden of the Reunion tour. I said to myself, "This would be a perfect way to end things...."

Then in 2006 we ger Kiss perfume......

You were there? Oh God...that must be have awful!

Yes - it's true - the 80s was a bit hit and miss..."Unmasked" and "The Elder" being lowpoints...but "Creatures of the Night" and "Lick It Up" are KISS classics I reckon.

Have you visited the KISS KOFFEE chain? On the menu they have a...."Rockuccino".

Well they did some rare tracks, so it was fine. To be honest. Just hate how they have managed that band in recent years.

Dean man, I gotta thank u from the bottom of my heart. Slow nite at work so I bailed as I've put in too many hrs of late. Came home & saw these much anticipated boots & grabbed them. This is what I've been waiting for. Is there still room on the JSS/Journey gravy train for me? Cos I want on real real real bad. These boots made tears run down my cheeks. Sorry for the sappiness but I can now love my fave band of all time again.

I havent been 100% convinced until now. I'm sorry for saying that. But I was getting real discouraged with earlier boots and seeing Jeff live in WPB. I kept telling myself he was awesome in SS & I loved his pre-Journey music & he just needed a chance. But as time went on I wasnt hearing it the way many of u were. I knew I had to be missing something so I kept holding onto some hope. In the last coupla weeks, I started getting real discouraged. No boots, nothing to grab me. & Dammit I didnt get the real good seats for the show on 11/7. I bought tickets but they suck. I am now kicking my own ass. This is dynamite. I'm not a musician w/the critical ear some here have but Jeff is totally hitting the notes. The only iffy one for me was Escape, a hard song for anyone to sing. Give Jeff a bit more time w/it and I now believe he's gonna nail that too.

The man is a dream come true for Journey fans. He communicates w/us. He reaches out to us. He goes up there & puts his all into this music. That much I knew. But could I be sold that he could totally do it? I wanted to so bad. But it wasn't happening from the boots I heard. This has totally turned me around. WTF took me so long?

My apologies to Jeff for ever having any doubt. This has completely won me over. I just went on ebay looking for better seats but the only ones I found are $400 a shot. Dammit. I can't afford that. I gotta find some more affordable good seats.

I wanna be at that show & I wanna rock. JSS will take me there. Anyone who isn't hearing this from these boots needs to listen again, turn up the volume, ignore Augeri's bg vocals (which I wish they'd take the hell out) & just listen, really listen, & feel it. If u still can't hear it & feel it, then I dunno what to say to u.

Dean ur the man. AR thanks for EOTB from the bottom of my heart too.

Jeff Scott Soto, ur a gentleman, an incredibly nice guy to all ur fans & even to those who aren't quite sure they're ur fan yet, u roll w/the punches & u give it back better than u get, u have one hell of a sense of humor, ur one amazing performer, u have unbelievable energy, & dammnit, u can really realy really sing. How anyone w/a naturally low deep voice like u can master those Perry highs is beyond me. U have a range that is beyond belief & more power & soul in that voice of urs than I've heard in a long long time. Oh & ur gorgeous looking on top of all that. I hope this is as great an honor for u as it is for us. Because Journey fans are more than lucky to have u. Bring on the future Jeff, because ur it. I bow to u sir because u deserve it & so much more.

If they did, who could blame them? These are amazing & it's LIVE, no augmentation, no tweaking, 100% Jeff kicking ass. After all this band has been thru, they deserve the glory of showing off this incredible talent they found. Now what I wonder is how the music industry missed making Jeff a household name pumping thru the airwaves years ago. Someone messed up & someone is gonna be kicking themselves.
