Isn't it special that he takes time out of his days off to participate & gives us info like this? Who the hell else in showbiz would even bother? If that isn't fan friendly & downright fan appreciation, I don't know what is. Journey fans are damn lucky. It's time we started appreciating it.
Ms_M wrote:Is this the JSS appreciation thread??Seriously, tho, I think we all appreciate JSS posts. I hope he understands that is difficult to pick a "favorite" singer. What's that old country song about "I loved 'em every one"? Ok, it's not quite the same, but I think my point can be follwed - even though I've had my Ambien....

His interraction with fans on this site has made me actually spend money on his music, that I probably wouldn't have done, otherwise! Me picking Perry was definitely NOT a slight on Jeff. It's simply my preference. Perry will ALWAYS be the "Voice of Journey" to me, and that simply isn't going to change. That doesn't mean that I won't buy Journey music with Jeff at the helm, because I most definitely will. By the way Jeff...Who did you vote for? Could you have possibly voted for Perry?

Question then would be who would get the high notes?

JSS, don't think he can make them anymore, but would love for both of you to try together. It would be the duet of the century.Granny

I also love the way the man looks & has always looked. He had an incredible sex appeal that isn't your typical goodlooking guy's appeal. Just something very special. I loved the way he danced. It was cute.

Uh oh, Ambien is really some nasty stuff there ladies. I was taking those about 5 years ago, and let me tell you, I won't take them again. It can make you do really weird stuff, but I do remember what I did. Just be careful ladies, ok?

Totally agree with ya JRox.....couldn't have said that better myself. You're right he didn't have your typical Brad Pitt/J BonJovi chiseled good looks......but definately something special about him, just oozes sex appeal. There is no other musician that I can watch perform or listen to sing (over and over) and never get sick of. And have to say the guy is still as sexy and charming as ever, even at 57. Perry will always be #1 frontman in my books for any band (just has a soulfulness that has never been matched)......but saying that, I welcome JSS as Journey's new frontman with "open arms".

Jeff is cool as shit because he is honest. If he fucks up, we will be all over him. If he lips, he will regret it, I can promise you that!
