I Stand Alone

While I can almost feel my backside being
reemed for this, I must address my thoughts.
Though it's completely cheesy I love this tune.
Steve's voice, in certain arangements of the song
are close to orgasmic. :o

I rented the stupid movie just to hear him sing. I agree whole-heartedly on everyhting u said. Now I have it on cd. Play it all the time, just never posted it here. thought everyone would laugh. :)

Oh Ger, you know I love it too. Bought the movie for the kids and they have yet to watch it :lol:

His voice, in this song, was definitely not the same as it was 10 years earlier, but he still has the ability to get to me :wink:

I'm with you ladies. This song is the reason I just can't see how anyone can say Steve doesn't sing as well as he used to. I mean please! That is just plain ignorance. I don't care how old he ever gets, the guy could sign the phone book and I'd be tingling. It's the emotion in his signing that is incomparable. And yes, that video. His skin is just so beautiful. He's looking real healthy like this again now. Oh please let him give us some more.

Thanks for posting that video again. His voice is so much more mature and raspy and much more sexy than it was. I love it this way. Speaks right to my heart amongst other places. :) and I'm jusst the right age for him!!!ummmmmmm

I actually find his voice in his later songs to be sexier, you know, its hard to find the right word for it...his voice did change over the years, yes, BUT not for the worse, IMO...just different, and equally appealing to me :D I want more, too :wink:

OMG that is amazing. I love Jeremey's voice. Another guy who should have been discovered years ago IMO. He sounds like he struggles a little bit in 2 places with the highs, but other than that, it's very rich.

When I think of all the crap that graces our airwaves these days, it amazes me how the music biz missed some great talents along the way. It really drives it home that u have to be in the right place at the right time w/the right song & band behind u & all the stars lines up in certain order.

JR.. jeremey,, this guy,, he cuts these little favors for us in 1 take,, 3.5 min.. no overdubs,, if he spent a month on it the "struggle" would seem easy,, i dont get it,, i couldnt find water if i fell out of a boat,, i cant sing ,, ,, why some are born with the gift is beyond me,,, that "sound" has touched a bunch of us...
