JSS is a normal guy, who was provoked. Should he have ignored all of this? Yeah, probably. JSS has had ties to this site long before he was in Journey, and he and Andrew are close. If I were him, I'd feel some ownership in this site and not want to sit back and watch this go down.

The fact is that Deano and TNC and others created this situation. Their immaturity and constant verbal abuse heaped upon others has emboldened other immature individuals to conduct a flame war of their own. Then, there is the crowd that gives these guys a free pass on everything; even worse, they encourage it. How can it be funny when one individual talks of sodomizing another, and not be funny when someone else calls another person "a chick with a dick". It's all the same...immature, foul-mouthed, debasing garbage...totally unnecessary and totally unjustified.

He let his emotions get the best of him and it showed in his response to you. I think if he'd taken a different approach in his response to you, he would have been much better off. I think he can post here and be cool. He just needs to learn you can't argue or slam someone for how they feel about him and his vocals in the band. When you do that, you just further alienate folks with similar opinions. I think JSS has posted well about 80% of the time. In my opinion, he clearly fucked up in his response to you. As most folks know, I don't think JSS's sound fits with Journey just as you. I do try to give credit where credit is due. JSS's clearly is a great stage-man, has great fan interaction, and has great vocal capability. I just don't think his sound is right for Journey.

That opening drive was like a breeze for Rivers..The Charg led the whole game, all they had to do was punch them in the mouth 2-3 more drives instead of playing conservative martyball. Botching a Field Goal doesn't help the teams matters either. Nonetheless...

Don't get me wrong, Marty ball cost the Chargers that game for sure. However, McNair gives the Ravens a chance to win. Those comebacks the last 2 weeks didn't happen by accident. The Defense no longer has to do it all.
