Why not appoint a few people you trust to Moderate for you??? Seems simple to this ole girl.

Well, finding people to moderate that would be impartial to everyone here would be impossible. Too many of us are friends. I have done moderating before at another site, and I don't want to do it again. :D

Um, great idea. Since everyone loves this place so much, get some other moderator and stricter moderating so it won't be as cool, and people won't like it anymore. Oh, wait! THAT site already exists! :lol:

Nope...as then people unhappy will only bitch to me. May as well make it direct in the first place....and besides, why would I wish anything like having to moderate this forum upon anyone else ???

I reckon, myself, Deano, The Noble Cause, and Monker would do a great job! ..... of wrecking this whole place :roll:

My guess is that Andrew is smart enough to see how some other sites are moderated and rather keep this place the fun, raucous place that it is, without having every other thread stifled! I think Andrew moderates this site, perfectly! He puts his foot down on the knuckleheads when he's backed into a corner and left with no other choice. Yet, he doesn't feel compelled to lock every other thread when people are actually trying to have intelligent dialogue. I'd be in favor of having a moderator to lock MINDLESS threads about "H2H" and Augeri's "wiggle". Hell, I'll volunteer for that gig :twisted:

We had a couple mods here other than 'Drew for a brief period when the board was a goddam armed camp but we prolly don't Ruby and Jim now anymore.....
