The ones that irritate me the most from the Perry era are:
Frontiers-Frontiers (I cannot stand that song especially the part at the end where Perry layers over himself)
Dont be Down on Me-TBF (This is like running fingernails on a chalkboard)
Lay it Down-Escape (This just doesn't do it for me)

Augeri-Era:
Time
Believe (omfg this song ....ew)

That what's great about music. It's so subjective.
Many of the songs listed here as Journey's worst are some of my all time favorites ("Dixie Highway", "Lady Luck", "Homemade Love", "Lay It Down", "Colors of the Spirit", "Can Do", "Baby I'm a Leavin' You", etc.)

One more reason to appreciate Journey's diversity. There's something for everyone (to love or hate).

I totally did a 180 when I found out When I Think Of You was about Perry's mother. It struck a nerve with me then and didn't sound so sappy somehow. But that's just me. The entire Raised On Radio album is the worst for me. Take your pick of the tracks there. From Frontiers to that. Depressing. I haven't listened to that CD in years and Once You Love Somebody still haunts me. And not in a good way. Pop shit. Not Journey. BAAAAAAD.

I hadn't heard that. If that's so, you're right, it does change the whole meaning of the song and it's not sappy.

Can't stand Girl Can't Help It. All I can see in my head when I hear that song is Randy Jackson's spandex pants.

They sang that on a german tv show back in 79.....along with Just the same way. Shit, I am going to have to figure out a way to cut and shrink some of these vids off of dvd to put up on here. I have Nero, don't have a clue how to do it....will have to play around with it. LMAO, how big of a file can you upload onto "yousendit".

I know it is Froy. What I was saying is that those songs that people were mentioning as being bad are some of my favorites. I love "Colors of the Spirit" and all of those.

Perry Era-
Positive Touch
Back Talk
Augeri Era-
Live and Breath
All of Red 13-blew horse cock!
Gone Crazy
In Self Defense

I agree Ross shoud never be let near a mic, unless to do backups!
Also hated him doing Walks Like A Lady live!

"Back Talk" and (I know I'm going to get flamed for this but...) "After The Fall".

"After The Fall" makes me want to kill puppies.

Incidentally, I must be the only person who doesn't hate "Homemade Love".

You know NIG, that is one I never really paid alot of attention to until I heard it live. Love it LIVE. One of the tracks I have of that song, you can't tell the difference between Neal's guitar and Perry's voice at the end, amazing.....hmmmmm......I'll post it later. :)
