1980, the Departure tour.
To me, this was Journey at their peak as a live band.
Perry's vocals were absolutely untouchable, and the band was so tight even though they strectched out (playing wise) quite a bit more than any tour after this point.

Rolie, Smith, Valory, Schon and Perry during the Departure Tour. Now that would be worth repairing the flux capacitor in the DeLorean for.

1. What is your all-time favorite video? After The Fall but I don't really know why. Just something about Perry's dancing in it & him. He drives me nuts in that one. I just wanna hug him real bad.
