That's the one that immediately came to my mind, as well.
That song came on XM today, and man, did it sound like an outtake from Raised on Radio! The guy isn't a vocal dead-ringer for Perry, but it was clear (especially in the chorus) that's the sound they were going for. However, the lyrics read like a laundry list of AOR lyric cliches:

I have an old 4-6 hour tape full of stuff I taped off of Muchmusic (Canada's MTV) back in the 80s.....rock stuff. My brother borrowed the tape just to see what was on it (both into the rock music)......and he couldn't believe the stuff I had on there......Scorpions, Kingdom Come, Robert Plant, Journey, Whitesnake, April Wine, Y&T, Cinderella, Skid Row, tons of Bon Jovi, etc.......shit, I really need to put that on dvd before the tape disintegrates.
