Yup same dates, I don't know why it takes a month for the official site to post the news, by then anyone who's interested is already sitting on tickets.

I'm going to sheffield, Newcastle, Birmingham, Nottingham and both Manchester gigs. :D

You'd see Reo but not Styx....something a miss there M. Reo should be over here in the next year or two I'm sure...I'd go but wouldn't rate them above Styx, they're much more of a chick band. Styx pull off a great show, even though DP are headlining, worth going you know

Matthew Styx are absolutely BRILLIANT in concert dude. U really should go see them. They put on an amazing show here about a month ago. It was fabulous. Foreigner were w/them. I dunno if that's the same in the UK. But they were brilliant too.

Well when we saw them about a month ago, it was the very BEST I had ever seen Styx. They were totally on fire. My husband went w/me. He is definitely NOT a Styx fan. He didn't even want to stay for all the show, in fact. But even he said it was a fantastic show & he got so into it, he wanted to stay to the end. The crowd was all revved up. Foreigner really helped w/that too. Blue Oyster Cult came on first & they sucked. Then Foreigner got everyone going. Kelly was amazing & very energetic running thru the crowd. I would go see that combo again in a minute.

BTW Styxman, who is that in ur avatar?

We chatted with all 6 members outside afterwards for what seemed like hours, no rushing and Gowan was a blast. Time for their fans just like Journey, two great groups.

J Depp...in the picture

Good question... like to think REAL fans as follwed the band since 1980, but the wife would probably say groupie  as I blown about £5K going to shows in the states over the years (she thinks I'm obsessive..probably right) Can't get enuff of Neal's guitar

Mind you I'm obssessive about a few bands, Rush, Wig Wam, Thin Lizzy and regularly fly all over the place watching them. Obsessive about extreme sports as well, fly to mountain bike events, motocross, nascar etc all over the world....hmmm i can see a pattern forming here.

It was a press release update rather than a fresh one. 2 extra dates since the original one and a nice pic. Worth printing.
