I don't think it's on YouTube. But here u go: http://download.yousendit.com/43ED7EAA3AE4DF89
I love the way Perry sings this in that husky incredibly powerful voice that he perfected for this album. I don't know if he ever performed it live but that is something I would die to have. It is a wonderful song. It's on the remastered Frontiers & also on Time3, btw.

Here are the lyrics so u can see how SA messed them up (which he did on oh so many songs). Sorry but SA's versions of some of these precious songs really bothers me. I'm a loon. I can't help it.

See the mountains
With my lady
As the eagle
In the golden sky
Towers over purple majesty

In the mountains
Lives a freedom
There's a river
You can hear it say
From the delta flows the Liberty

As the twilight of evening is broken
Lace and silver in starlight unfoldin'
Round and round in a wave of emotion
Words of love sometimes better unspoken
Nothing equals a sea of devotion
Ooh desire sets the wheels into motion

We all agree
We live to be free
They can't tell us
They can't tell us
How to be

We
We all agree
That you individually
We the people
Share the power
Hold the key

I have always been impressed by Journey the band, but not by recent management. Can Azoff and give Doc a call.

Just a late night thought. Perhaps their hands are tied in the matter. I have no idea, but I'd like to see someone else captain the ship.

Doubt they could afford him right now, probably to busy pay :? ing Augeri to leave!!

What? Have u heard Perry's version? Did u not hear Augeri mess up the lyrics badly? Did u not see him pull the mic away when he couldn't hit the notes? Did u not hear how flat he was in the beginning of the song? U have had ur hearing checked lately, right?

Get a thrill out of piling on a bit don't you. Switching a line does not make it "atrocious"...

Augeri is gone. Show some class and wish him well. If you have to hang on to your resentment I think there are others you should point it at as well.
