What will the announcement be?
That Steve A & Steve P are forming a duo?
That they are going to record a CD of Eurythmics covers and tour Europe in the Spring?
hee hee.

And you & me will be singing backing vocals.

I've been very good today, have been away reading Psychology stuff and watching the telly... just came back here to see if there was any action but not yet.

8am in Drew's neck of the woods. Has Santa been yet?

Oh yeah, one other thing, and I DO mean this. Andrew hopefully will see it, and I don't care if he responds or not. There are a lot of reporters/journalists, whatever you want to call them, that would have probably spilled the beans by now to make themselves look good. I think Andrew would agree. What I love about him is he is respectful enough to realize what could have been jeapordized, and has kept his mouth shut. I think everyone here sincerely owes him a very big kudos for the job he has done. In this case especially, he has shown how professional and great at his craft he really is. KUDOS TO YOU ANDREW!!! Truly a professional job. :)

My final analysis is: I like Steve, like Jeff as well... think Big Jonathan is excellent. The rest are pretty damn good musicians. It's pretty obvious they've changed singers. I think they've handled it the wrong way but I don't hate them for it... just say what you're bloody doing already guys and... I'll be in Glasgow out of curiousity.

If it happens this week I will certainly record myself singing a Journey song in a Scottish accent... better still... an ultra-irritating accent that exists in a particular area of the Highlands... definetely. Just to give everyone something to take the piss out of.

That's if it happens... otherwise no scary highland accented Journey tunes

I very much appreicate that sentiment - thank you. I have jumped the gun in the past with a few other stories over the years...live and learn, it isn't always the best route to go.

It has been hard biting my tongue and staying out of the politics of this year in general, but the end is nigh.

I don't believe it will be today and Friday I am OFFLINE!

Yes, Friday USA time is Saturday here and it is the weekend for my youngest's 1st birthday, so if I wish to remain married, the PC will be turned off :)

But can Drew really be expected to hold off putting the interviews online til March? He must be champing at the bit already.

I think if it came to having to leave it to March it would be time to just go ahead

If it is so annoying wouldn't it be better to threaten that singing if the announcement does NOT happen this week???;)
