ANDREW....I just had to say this....

Postby JRNYLIVE » Wed Dec 20, 2006 4:33 pm

Hey Andrew, first of all..Awesome Job with the Journey Feature. I really really enjoyed it. Now im a Huge Def Leppard Fan..and i mean huge. This part of the interview made me laugh so hard that i just about fell out of my office chaiR..... Just because of the way it read in the interview. I cant imagine how awkward that could have been on your trip and to do your job..while having that in the back of your mind....what a pro man.

Andrew: "Ok Deen, I think that's about all I needed. Obviously you've had a great tour?
DEEN: This has been the most successful, I think the most fun tour we've had. Honestly, since the very first one we did with Steve Augeri and I'm having a blast. And all the Def Leppard guys are great people.

ANDREW: I'm on their shit list big time.
DEEN: That's what I heard man."

That is Gold Andrew...... awkward, funny and from the heart....

thanks for all you do bringing the melodic rock to us every day.

Thanks from Canada

Too bad you didn't have a chance to ask DL when the next covers album is coming out.

NOOOOOOOOO!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, wine and chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "what a ride!"

ANDREW: I'm on their shit list big time.

Dude, so am I. I was booted out of the Bowl for going through their (Lippards) dressing rooms trolling for beers.

I am not proud of that night, I tell ya. Hell, I wouldn't watch a note from Lippard. You think Augeri lipped? These guys are as bad if not worse.

Fuck em.

They might as well. Joe sounded pretty rough when he did sing at the two shows I attended. Journey was better both nights, but especially the first night in Charlotte.

Thanks Andrew-
Best parts for me were hearing Cain talk about breaking in JSS and the PRICELESS story about the people who thought Deen was lip synching. GOD that was funny!

Yes, thank you Andrew. I learned alot about these guys in just the short interviews they gave. I have a new respect and admiration for Deen now. He is so tender hearted. There needs to be more people like him in this world! I'm glad he stuck up for himself. How RUDE those two people are. They PAID to see the show. Its beyond rude that they made their way to the stage and made asses out of themselves. Personally, I think he should have dragged their lame asses up on stage at that very moment and showed off his talents. Would have served them right.
Anyhow, I wish Deen would visit here and just SEE that we all love him!
