JSS, I was a sceptic at first after I saw you in Dallas. I guess I had my heart in seeing an Augeri Journey, and didn't really enjoy the show that much, sorry. But since, I've changed my allegiance, and am very excited to have you be Journey's front man. But listen, if you're trying to get a job with Van Halen with that Ice Cream Man song, which you did brilliantly, I will come down there and kick your butt dude! Or get my butt kicked trying! J/K
Hey, I am more excited about Journey now than I've been in a very, very long time, and it is because of you brother. Neal seems to have a rejuvenated attitude as well.
I know you guys will bring it, and you can rest assured I will be there, a 44 year old, screaming like a 21 year old.
I think you are as good as they get.
You know what sold me? Your passion for music. I had to do a little research, and have watched quite a few YouTube videos of you with Talisman and Soul Sirkus, and you can not only sing like a mother fucker, but you have all it takes.
I am a new loyal fan of yours and an always faithful fan of Journey.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

I think this is a more fair comparison to Perry's voice since it was when Jeff was about 24 which is how we remember Perry in his prime. This is a great vocal performance by Jeff. The very first line he sings is so clear and has great vibrato. Gives one the chills.

Yea, I don't blame him for posting that link. I'd be proud of that too! JSS can sing. I have his recording of 'Believe In Me' on my iPod, and have listened to it more times than I care to admit. That boy can sing.

Yeah. I chose JrnyScarab as my screen name because of my wife's scarab tatoo on her back. It's really nice looking.

I've always tinkered with the notion of getting a tatoo, and never knew what I wanted. Now I do. Thanks JrnyScarab.

Good luck. My wife's took 2 hours and was pretty painful she said. This coming from a woman who is highly tolerant of pain. Don't mean to make you sweat or anything!

Wow dude, you're killing me! LOL! But you know what, I can not think of any other design I'd rather have. A true Journey fan will endure the pain. I think.... I hope I don't chicken out.

I love motown, thanks Jeff that was great. You mentioned an acoustic Terrance Trent Darby tune.......any chance of you posting that again, I missed it.

Welcome to the club Nora, you have to check out his previous work......there isn't too many songs that I prefer over the originals...but "Crazy" is one. Definately prefer Jeff's jacked up version to the original. :)

John from Boston

When he sings with the SAS Band in Lodon every year, he gets to sing all kinds. I'd love to hear the boy do some Sam Cooke. Stevie Wonder et al.
