Robert Fleischman/Journey - "Anytime" (1977)

Postby *Laura » Sat Jan 13, 2007 10:23 pm

It was kinda odd to see/hear Fleischman singing Anytime...but interesting nonetheless.

Would like to see "Wheel In The Sky" done by him also,I think there is a video out there somewhere.
I think I have heard WITS/Fleischman once on a recording that was done by a radio station or something...Anyone remembers that one?

Robert did WITS at the Hollywood (WOF) show. It was fun to watch. Got to see Smitty play the drums again, too. It was a great nite!

I thought at one time someone metioned that the whole concert from The Crater was available, but if CLR doesn't have it by now, then maybe I'm mistaken.

Well who, I think Fleischman may of had a video concert on his website at one time, but I don't have it. I just have audio.

Yea, I downloaded it from there, but evidently he's redoing his site, and it's not there now. I was looking for it on my hard drive and can't find it dammit! I will look more, if I find it, I'll upload it somewhere.

Well I found the file and uploaded it to Megaupload, and I hope I did it right, this is my first time.

Hope it works.

Fleischman never posted the full concert video on his website, just about 6 or 7 songs if I recall. I actually e-mailed him about it a shortly after I saw his clip on there to ask if he had any other concerts other than this Hawaii one, and was told that he actually just received it from a fan, so maybe the fan just sent him a partial copy for some reason? Who knows.... in retrospect I guess I should have asked him while I had his ear!

The full uncut version is definitely out there (I have had a copy of it on VHS for several years now), but I am not sure anyone has taken the time to convert it in its entirety to any easily downloadable format. I think I have seen someone mentioning a transfer to DVD on some trading list, but other than that I don't know. I'd love to do it myself, but I haven't taken the time to get ahold of the right hardware to do it proper justice.....

Rock on,
Eric
