Well, hell.

I just got an email from one of the vacation rental companies. They have a beach-front condo in Clearwater that will sleep up to 11 people for $275 a night. Coulda been a LOT of fun...!!!! It's a shame there's so much traveling across Florida going on that weekend.

We always do the condo/cabin thing when we vacation in the Smokey Mountains and when we went to San Diego this past summer. It's DEFINITELY a better deal, especially when you've got lots of people. But I guess there is only one bathroom, though.

Did you look to see how far the condo is from Clearwater where the concert is? We'll be on US19 for the concert, but Clearwater Beach is on a barrier island. We may stick to our hotel, but we would definitely be up for visiting you guys there to party

I just sent the owner an email to ask about definite availability for February 8 check-in and February 10 check-out. I guess that sounds right, huh? I don't know if they'll go for that, though, cause I think there may be a 3-night minimum.

But we'll see...
