I would like to know has anyone else been crammed so much DREAMGIRL shit down their throat they are sick of it?Looks to me like they've already won awards before the movie was even released.How do you feel?

Loved the supremes but i am so sick of the Dreamgirls crap .When will it be over with :roll:

This movie is proof that the right kind of hype can sell anything. I think there are some really talented people in the movie and I'm glad Jennifer Hudson is getting some payback for what she endured from Simon Cowel, but this movie ain't no Chicago.

Now I wonder if we could get their PR people to work for Journey.

I have to be honest (in MY opinion) and say that I'm thankful that Beyonce (as good looking as she is, though I think she's over-rated) isn't getting as much attention as Jennifer Hudson. Then again, I could care less about the movie. One day without seeing or hearing Beyonce's name on TV or radio, is great, though I'd like more days in the week like that.

I will also say (since we're off topic), that I'm SO tired of seeing commercials on Discovery Times while I'm watching other shows, for the Beatles show that's on this week. (yet another way over-rated band (IMO). Good music, The best band/music ever? hell no! Come to think of it, i'm tired of seeing a commercials for most of Discovery shows. Can't they go 5 minutes without promoting American Chopper or some stupid "scientific" shows that is created simply to scare people into preparing for the end of the world? (you all know the shows I'm talking about).

Ok, I'm off to take more meds for this nasty flu. (yeah, I'm blaming it on the meds) :wink:

I'm sorry you're feeling bad Whocares.

I agree with you completely about Beyonce. As far as her looks, I'd say she's above average but certainly no great beauty.

I don't watch Discovery.

I agree, Beyonce is above average looks wise, but then so are many more un-talented people.

on the other hand, it's great having someone to take care of me, when my tummy & head huwts. :wink:

dude, sometimes i fake it, shhh. not usually, just for the um, special treatment that comes my way from my uh, nurse, yeah nurse, that's it.

I can't help it it's like 15 degrees here right now and I'm a sissy who prefers the tropics.

That said, I DO have a bottle of booze that I'm sipping on, probably isn't helping me get better, much.
