Ok. I am not about to reveal my sources, as the sources are fairly entrenched within the band. However, I believe the onus is on you oh great one. If you don't believe me, you should prove that I am a liar. Haven't been proved I lied yet, so I get the benefet of the doubt.

I haven't been here long Andrew, but I for one LOVE your forum. It's only when people cross over to here from there that things get tense, but at least it wakes us up a little We just don't like getting attacked and we dont' like when they smear your "reputation" either. I for one am having fun here!

What has frustrated me (and I have said as much) is that the creators of that other site used your forum as a springboard for their forum, and then have the nerve to say how poorly run it is here. It reeks of hypocrisy, especially given all the shit that is said over there.

Mob mentality? I don't care what ANYONE says, there is a so-called 'mob mentality' on any of these forums, if your opinions are in the minority. It's always someone ganging up on someone else for their beliefs. The JourneyForums and BT have it too, they just don't recognize it because they aren't the ones being called out. It is a mob mentality for the Augeriheads here and at BT (now) because SA is not being worshipped by all parties. Those that were SP or even JSS supporters thought it was a mob mentality prior to the change in lead singer because their differing opinions weren't as welcome there. I believe it's the same with every forum, Journey and otherwise.

What started out as a great opportunity for the new site has spiraled out of control. There is no longer a sense of fairness there. The only difference is that people aren't always as in-your-face with their responses. A turd by any other name still stinks.

At the end of the day, Deano has your back. And while his presentation sometimes leaves something to be desired, his content is dead on.

Great post Donna. I almost posted a smile but I don't think this is a happy subject.

TJF had great possibilities but the prejudice against MR, Deano, and JSS won out over those of us who just wanted to discuss Journey past, present and future.

Not everyone over there is there for the purpose of criticizing MR and Jeff, but the ones that are about that are the ruling class right now. That's how boards take on a reputation that the moderators didn't intend.

Thanks Sherrie. That should mean something coming from a 'neutral' party such as yourself. I'm sure I'm thought of as one of 'the minions', so my opinion may not be as valuable. I guess I'm okay with that, because I know-and have stated-what is important to me in all this.
