Well, Andrew, we had "moved it on" and were trying to get this thread back on topic, but I must address your post.

I don't have an obsession with Deano. I just don't believe anything that he has to say, and I'm not going to be bullied by him or any of the misguided people who keep jumping in to fight his battles.

I am allowed my opinion. Am I not??? This whole thread was started...I assume...by someone wanting to share news of new music directly from JSS with all here and was ruined whenit turned into a bashfest as usual, and by the same few people!!

It would be nice if the few here who are trying to get the thread back on topic would be allowed to do so. This is my last word on this.

Frankly, with respect to this other stuff, I think you're up to your eyeballs in BS. You've parlayed whatever you had onto tapegate into your current internet bully status. You've been able to seemingly fool a percentage of folks here, because you had news JSS replacing Augeri before anyone (any moron could have seen JSS stepping in ). However, whatever 'privy information' you currently have does not give you any proof to support statements that Augeri lip synced his entire career with Journey or that the DVD was rerecorded. This is the logic that defies your explainations and that's why you had to resort to verbal abuse and insults elsewhere to back your claims.

Had you simply supported your statements, I would be first in line to your defence. However, it's clear to me that your inability to support your alegations point, quite unquestionably, there's something more to this than you're 'supposed undying love for Journey'

Ok, let me dumb this down for you.

You are saying that all I knew was that JSS was going tobe the new lead singer before anyone else? Ok. I should walk away now and take my lumps, but I'm not built that way.

The band stopped lipping because of THIS site and the Blog I started. Certain members of the Band were afraid of what it could become. I spoke to those members after Soto was installed, err, "filled in" and I won't tell you what they said, in fact I will NEVER tell you what they say, but I assured them, this wasn't about my 15 mins of fame. This was about my band Journey playing live. I assured these members that as soon as they went live, the Blog would cease to exist. Guess what. the next day after Jeff stepped in, poof! the Blog was gone. I pulled the blog because I love Neal, Ross and even Friga. I love those guys enough to bruise em a bit, but made them better. Let me ask you this. Am I a bad man or a bad fan because I wanted to see them sing live? I am hated at BT and your site and actually, that tells me three things.

1) The folks at those sites that despise me, either love Steve Augeri so much as to look past the evil deed of Lipping
2) They hate me because I WAS 100% correct and that just galls the fuck out of them
3) It tells me I am doing something right, because the band are happy now. They can't say anything, because they are bound by a confidentiality agreement, but guess what? I'm not. I can tell anything I so desire, but I wish NOT to harm Journey and will not throw any of them under the bus.

So to answer your questions.

Steve Augeri didn't lip his entire career. Show me where I said that Frank.. Please, show me. no wait, you can't.

I said He started geting help on Faithfully as early as 2003 on the Main Event Tour, and gradually got more and more help up until 2005, where he was all lipped except Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin.'

There are reports that the Warfield was lipped too. I cannot say it is, because I don't have the boot. Notice I didn't say "I was there?" One doesn't have to be there to know SA lipped, like a lot of your posters say, "I was in the UK..I saw with my own eyes. he did NOT lip." Oh ok.

As for Vegas 2001. Thuis is tough. I can definitely say something, but I can't give up names. I am sitting in a very good place for a fan to be. Why would I ever give that up? I guess you can call me a liar on this. See, I let you save face.
