The Official Red13JoePa Avatar Change Petition

13, while we admire your loyalty to JoePa, variety is the spice of life. Surely you can figure out how to swap out another pic of him, or better yet, a pic of Charlie Weis?

I say leave it alone. Hell, at this point, JoePA is a fucking fossil and might just keel over if he hears 13 banished him

First of all, I was disappointed as HELL when NIG started changing his longstanding classic Neal av.
I thought it was tantamount to defacing a monument.
Now, when he has a new Neal every week, I realize it's pretty cool long's he sticks to the Neal theme.

Now, my goal is to equal Avatar, who actually through an evil formula of 'Gate, the blog, his personality, and consistency of av maintainence actually BECAME "avatar."

At the risk of sounding less than humble, I think the avatars of Avatar and me now comprise half of a Mt Rushmore of avs. TNC's pushing it close now with the BigMac. But I wish he'd go back to the Perry with the cat.

At the end of the day, above all NIG's option 3 sails closest to the mark. But I'm a sentimental bastard so no pms volunteering technical support.

That IS terrific, but I am holding out for one in particular. I will figure out how to use a computer and shock the world when I find it.

Incidentally, Dean can actually be credited at least in part for fathering both Avatar and my avatar. He found and installed mine.

lol- the comedian at ARF was hilarious, he had a line about Keith, something like.."Keith Richards...that guy died about 15 years ago but nobody bothered to tell him so he's still performing!".....

I'll tell ya what I've learned Sir since I've been posting here.
JoePa(his avatar) takes his name from the Feetball coach
Joe Paterno, Penn State I believe.
Red13 is his fave Journey release I think.
If I am incorrect, forgive me, just trying to help.

At the time, you are right on the noise. Now, were I not a completely myopic, tunnel-vision, change resistant, narrow-minded, pig-headed, dim-witted, goal-less, ambitionless, lazy slob it would be GenerationsJoePa.

And Keith Richards is NEVER far from my heart either.

Funny thing is JoePa, my new found interest in
a game I once hated and still don't really
understand, in part stemmed from your classic av.
Yup it was Sir JoePa's smile that was partially
responsible for my new found interest in feetball.

I loved your self description by the way.
Shakes on that Sir!

JoePa is Joe Paterno. He has been the head football coach at Penn State University since before I was born, and I'm not that young!!!!!!!!

It sure is, you gotta use that one Red13.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.
