SuperBowl thread for scores, gripes, etc.

Postby Clasicrockldy » Mon Feb 05, 2007 10:00 am

Ok.......

I have started a thread for anyone that would like to post scores, gripes, discuss plays, etc. It would be alot faster than hitting the big sports thread.

I really don't watch football at all........ but this particular Superbowl has me interested, since the Bears came out the gate with a TD and Goal...........

Colts - 6

Bears - 14 :D

The Bears look GREAT!

The Colts better wake up, or this will get ugly.

This game is just hard for me to watch. I have all kinds of Colts memorabilia alongside my Ravens stuff.

Go Bears.

Watching Peyton Manning, audible, and check off, EVERY single play is nauseating.

I still think Indy wins easily.

That is why I hate the Colts...it is like he is showing off! Hopefully the driving rain levels the playing field.

Yes, the incessant gesturing makes me thing of 2 things:

1) Leslie Nielsen/Frank Drebbin posing as the umpire in Naked Gun I

2) Someone should earhole the bastard with great force.

Fucking Corky

The best kicker of all time, well; misses.

Indy is dominating the game.

14-3 first downs
2.5-1 time of possesssion
CHI can't stop them. Manning is getting those 7-9 yd passes at will.
CHI Defense is gassed

Yet, 16-14. At least it's competitive.

Hmmmmmmmm what started as a Super Bowl Thread
has turned to the skinny short hendrix similar.
Think I'll take it back to what it once was......

I am truly disappointed in you AR
Had you pegged for a Colts fan
after the Ravens kissed it all away.
Why the change fella?

This is where Moon Beam really needs to know what
happened with the trades and expansion's, she thinks.

How could I possibly support a team that left my hometown? That would be like asking a Browns fan to support the Ravens. At least in that move the team had the decency to change the name.

Yes, Prince was awesome and live! Got to see it on a huge wide screen at a party with surround sound. Only downfall, I was there with a bunch of 20 somethings who can just not appreciate REAL music and talent!

Go Colts! (actually, there not my team, the Steelers are, but I had to pick somone :) )
