I just received an email from a person named David regarding the re-issue of Valentine that T-Bone had posted earlier. This is the response I received from David (lrc72315@sbcglobal.net) after pre-ordering the Valentine re-issue CD:

"Aaron,

As of now all the releases with the exception of Frontrunner's are up in the air. Believe me it was not fraud on our part. But until all the legal matters are handled we are refunding everyone's payments. Once everything is straight and clear we will be offering them once again. You should see your refund via paypal by Friday.

I've just now read the link on Heavy Harmonies regarding the issue. Holy shit there is a lot of CRAP going on in that link. It sounds like some folks have received refunds so I'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt for now. Thanks for the heads up on the scam, what a soap opera. I'm glad its only $20 bucks at stake ... but I'd MUCH rather have that Valentine cd with new cuts.
