VH Torch

There is a VH torch over at rotharmy.com,the biggest David Lee Roth site. "When the Van halen reunion is announced.. with David Lee roth of course.. we will light the torch and the internet ablaze!" Well the anouncement was made on 2/2/07 and they didn't light the torch after all these years of waiting. So much for setting the internet ablaze. The website has lost credibility now and the torch is a fraud.

I was wondering the very same thing! That torch should be flaming like Sammy Hagar's sexuality as portrayed on that website! :roll:

Odd that the Roth Army would make comments about Sammy's sexuality when their own guy has been under suspicion for years.

I think its to late for them to light the torch now and they should just take it off their site. Its a fraud torch.

How old are the people over at that site anyway? I am probably in the younger end of the Van Halen demo and I'm 36! Makes the Journey board over here seem like Washington Week in Review. :shock:

ZahZoo is 50 and he is a moderator for several forums. He mod's diamonddavidleeroth.com,tormentedvhfans.com and he post at quite a few VH related forums. he must be close to a 100,000 post in all. Google ZahZoo,its pathetic. He acts like he's 18. He has a wife and 5 kids and I can imagine that they are all neglected as ZahZoo spends all his time on the forums.

Did a quick search...Oh my! 100,000 posts. For cripes sakes I feel I post all the time and I don't even average one a day. :roll:

Whatever makes him happy is fine I guess....I'm 44 and I still sometimes behave as though I'm 24.

Age is just a number, especially these days. For example, there's no way that 60 now is as 'old' as 60 was even 20 years ago.

If his kids have got food in their bellies, the wife gets a root now and again and there aren't cobwebs between his head and the computer, who really gives a flying fuck??

They have decided not to light the torch at RothArmy.com until an actual Classic Van Halen reunion is scheduled. Without Michael Anthony in the band, it's not the four original members. The way they see it, Michael Anthony is just as much a member of the original Van Halen band as David Lee Roth is. Therefore, I admire them for not lighting the torch yet. It would be one thing if Michael had quit or was being an asshole or something, but the fact is, Eddie is just throwing a whiney little bitch fit.
