Maybe they just brought him in for a quick jam,...he might've won a Japanese radio competition "A one day rehearsal with Steve Perry"? :lol:

Thanks Tree for sharing....I had not seen most of those vids...Even tho' I am sick they made me feel better...
There is no doubt in my mind that Steve Perry's voice is what made Journey famous...not to take anything away from the band and their musical talent, but its that VOICE that everyone listened to.. He is incredible and he will always be my fav.

However, where SP took the band in the 80's JSS will now take them in this century...he is dynamic, talented, a voice that commands you to listen and moves that make you watch...your eyes do no leave the stage even for a split second...
and then there will be all that new music that will get radio play...Jeff is awesome( not bad lookin' either) hmmmm.

Can't wait til MAY.....
