I agree. They could have gotten someone alot better than Velvet. They probably need to promote a new album, another crappy offering I am sure.

Metallica would be much more appropriate.

I told you Weiland the smack junkie would suck! VR was a terrible choice for this. What a sad outcome to such a positive happening to a formerly great band!

I have three words to say about Velvet Revolver's performance on the RRHOF induction of Van Halen:

THEY FUCKING SUCKED

Sammy and Mike were cool when they did thier respective speeches. Very classy towards folks they may or may not like.
Then I saw a retroactive musical abortion of EPIC proportions when Velvet Revolver shamed the stage.
I lost a lot of respect for VR just in thier induction speech . I lost a little more when Slash fired up on Ain't talking About Love...then the rest went away when Scott Weiland opened his mouth. And what the fuck was that last bit tacked on the end called? It sure was not anything VH ever had a hand in.
Sammy and Mike tried to make things better...But theres just so much you can do with Paul Schaiffer...I can't believe they aded a horn section to Why Can't this Be Love?

I'm no longer a Velvet Revolver fan. I never really was a big fan, they had a few good songs but the singer is a goof ball. I know his name but it doesn't deserve to be mentioned.
