JSS/Journey-Journey

Wow.

granted we all loved the boots from 06 when JSS bailed us out on one of the band's most important recent tours. CLEARLY he was a weapon at that time. We all knew him from before. For me it was the RockStar sdtk which I was compelled to buy when I saw (and heard) the movie, then the brilliant World Play debut album for Soul SirkUs.
Others, particularly The 'bat go back way further.

Most who knew of him knew he could pull this off when he became the bail bondsman in July, 2006. His shows for the rest of the tour bore that confidence out, proven out by 2 concert reviews in CA done MelodicRock.com.
As great as many realized what had become of Journey when JSS joined in our darkest hour........

They took the rest of the year off....

...and started touring again. We've all heard what's going on through various illegal (kinda the way we've always rollled around here :) ) boots, not to mention eyewitness accounts of the sold out shows including some of our own dyed-in-the-wool Perry fanatics living in England who confirmed that we are STILL Journey.

This sounds like another quantam leap forward and it sounds like it's gone from Journey featuring JSS to...

Journey.

I expeact at least 5 albums and infinite tours, they sound as UNSTOPPABLE as always.

Sorry, it's just kinda exciting that we clearly STILL have Journey and can go on forever.

What I'd really like besides a few new studio albums and a DVD, would be a live CD put together during the 2008 tour.
Something like the "Captured" CD,with songs taken from different shows...It would be a great way to convince everyone how good they are live.

Re-Captured? :P

Not true.
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.
