Raised on Radio more sophisticated and mature? What the Fuck!?

Drum machines, selling out to a fad beat, replace guitars with sax.....Good grief!

It was more mature in the lyrics. It wasn't Anyway You Want It or LTS or blue jean girl on a hot summer day by the RR tracks.

It was more serious. Eyes of a Woman...that to me equals sultry grown up affection/love/desire.

By the way, and I know I am in the minority, but the sax was the best part of Positive Touch if you ask me.

ROR is a great record. Yes, the lyrics are more mature and the tempo of the album supports that. I love that album as a one-time thing. It's a treasured part of the catalog.
