Frontiers in Charlotte this Saturday

Postby lbeau12 » Fri Mar 23, 2007 6:52 am

Anyone live close to Charlotte going to see Frontiers at Amos's Southend this Saturday? I have not been there before or seen the band but met them in Columbia at the Journey concert. Maybe we can have a beer or 3.

Not sure what I'm doing on Saturday night. But I've meant to catch Frontiers when they're in town. Amos' is only about 30 minutes away so I could change plans at a moments notice. I'll try to get there if I can.

I'll be there...but Jeremey, I need confirmation on a rumor first. Someone told my cousin's uncle's step-sister's girlfriend's cat's vet's third cousin's roommate that you had a case of the flu, and that Robert Fleischman will be performing in your stead this weekend.

This is not true! The rumor started because my mother had a case of the flu, and I was visiting her in the Flu Ward at the hospital....Since I have an allergy to cats, our cat vet, who saw me in there getting my basset hound's anal glands expressed, noticed I was also sneezing. On the way out of the vet, I gave a homeless guy who resembled Robert Fleischman, a nickel in his coffee cup, and, well - There you go - This is how rumors get started.

Actually as a rule I do not schedule shows in mid-March due to allergies. This weekend should be fine though, I've been loading up on medicine and keeping myself healthy the past several week.

See you there!

I was just kidding. To this day, I'm still undecided as to whether or not he had hip surgery. If I had to put it into numbers, I'd say that I'm 90%-10% that he DID have the surgery. The 10% being the supposed gag order. Makes me wonder what he DIDN'T want people know.....perhaps the "hip" story?

From what I've read and heard about Ed's brother, this IS a possibility.

AR, you should do what a friend of mine did at his prom. He and his buddy rented a helicopter and landed outside, stepped out in top hats and tails with their dates. Badass. 8)
