Yeah, Shania Twain and Pamela Andreson really misrepresented Candas' beautiful women didn't they?

She hates the French reference about Canada (I just remembered), so I'm not gonna win this one. Hopefully she'll catch Deans last comment and he can sort things out 8)

Strungout (Deb), is from Calgary folks. Calgary is above Montana, which is smack dab in the middle of the Nation. The only French Province is Quebec and that is above Ohio.

So Ohio folk think Canadians are French then, as we all know Americans don't know fuck all about geography. I bet the silly fuckers have been going on holiday across the border and are still trying to find Paris. Ohio folk are like Iowa folk, weird then?

You're right, 90% of Americans are stupid as shit. They can't point out Paris on a map, but can tell you where the Nike Store is Portland, OR.

Ok, try this...

British Columbia------Alberta----Saskatchewan---Manitoba----Ontario------QUEBEC(stinky)-----Atlantic Provinces

Perhaps it'd be easier to just put "Journey topic" in the thread title. Then you'd know you were reading about the band.

cool that this is being debated.... but my initial thought still stands....

for example..the thread titled simply "Fucking Awesome" does not tell me or anyone else its about sport.... I would have thought it was about how frikkin fantastic Journey have been in Europe..I was kinda pissed when I saw it was sport related!!

sensible to just put "OT" ..its not difficult or time consuming!!

or make the thread title "unambigious " ...easy!!

(My sister used to live in Corpus Christi and now in Arlington.)

Now, as far as the Iowa comments, I'm originally from Iowa and I've never, ever heard of anybody like the people you were talking about Styxy. I love ya man but you've got to know that that representation of Iowans is a exaggerated as Deano's is of Euros.

I've never watched that show and I can't imagine why it's even shown in England, but I've seen the promos. I think it's a lot like the Jerry Springer show.(Is that shit still on?) They pay people to do this absurd stuff and write scripts that exaggerate their particular eccentricities, which are probably in reality no worse that most people's.

Hell, someone from that show would probably portray me as sitting at the damned computer all day and letting my family starve while the house filled with garbage and dirty laundry.
