OT- Tommy Shaw :-(

I was really looking forward to tonight's Shaw/Blades concert in Akron, Ohio, but it was cancelled. It seems Tommy was having vocal troubles at sound check, and it may be serious. Doctors told him not to sing for a while. Apparently they've cancelled shows for the rest of the week to see how he will be then. I know they cancelled a show a couple weeks ago due to Tommy having laryngitis. I hope it is not serious! I'd hate to think of him not singing again! Get well soon Tommy!

Well, I *had* heard a few days ago that Tommy was suffering from Laryngitis...

I WISH I was joking! But I am not. I should be at the venue right now eating dinner and getting ready to watch the show. Trust me....this IS real....unfortunately.

His voice must have been good a few days ago as AR would have told us so. He was whisked out of the venue I attended a few years ago, talked softly with us all for a while and was rushed away due to the cold air outside affecting his voice (I was told). There's no problem other than over working the great voice, I'm shaw about that
