I'm serious. Look at the people who keep saying things like "I don't care what people think of me" or who live life with that attitude. They are usually the ones who are jerks, bitches, or whatever. People you wouldn't want to be around very much, in other words. Nothing sanctimonious about that at all.

Regardless, has nothing to do with their "stated political preferences". Other than they wrote some song about Bush a while back, I have no idea what their political leanings are.

Let me repeat myself. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR POLITICAL BELIEFS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. I'm a HUGE Queensryche fan and their stated political beliefs are completely opposite mine. Doesn't bother me a bit and it doesn't hinder my enjoyment of their music and the same goes for other artists that I enjoy (Mellencamp, Springsteen, etc.). If I hated the Stones because of their political beliefs, I would flat-out say so.

The sig is a joke. Yes, I am a Christian and I take my faith very seriously but it's kinda like a badge of honor since I've had people call me names similar to that in the past. I am also a staunch conservative. However, I don't limit my musical tastes only to artists who agree with my political and/or religious viewpoints. I would probably draw the line, however, at a Satanic Communist band, though. :lol:
