Mine is "Don't Tell Me What Love Can Do" by Van Halen.

That is my favorite VH song for sure. I agree with Carol, Escape is the best song ever.

DTMWLCD is definitely solid. VH's "Balance" album is my favorite and I think their best effort.

The first song that came to my mind was the one that was the first national RnR hit, and the one that gave the genre its name: "Rock Around the Clock," by Bill Haley and his Comets. To my ears it's still as fresh as ever.

That's always great to watch. Yesterday at work, a coworker put in the 2001 Las Vegas DVD and we were watching it at lunch. Most of the people there were really taken by how good Journey still sounds. Except for this one mouthy bitch. She kept saying how Neal was just in love with himself, and how she can't stand someone that is so into themselves like he is. I bit a hole in my damn lip to keep from telling her to go fuck herself. All together though, everyone was really into Journey. It was pretty cool.

He preaches aid for other countries and calls on other nations to help countries that need it most, yet his concert tickets are annually throught the roof. The dude uses his fake public image to line his pockets. And dumbfucks file through the turnstyles annually to hear him and his band perform their half-ass music. Stupid fucks.

Bullshit! He has helped raise millions for charities ranging from USA for Africa, Amnesty International...you name it. He has globally raised awareness for the plight of aids victims, and the work of his ONE foundation is truly inspiring.
So the guys makes a little money off of his concert tickets? Big fucking deal! Find me a rock musician who DOESN"T... And have you SEEN them live? They are, without a doubt, one of the best live rock bands EVER...and a hell of alot more legitimate and RELEVANT than just about any band working today...

And while we're at it, have a little respect for the dead! The NIRVANA hate is really getting old...Kurt Cobain was brilliant fucking songwriter and left a huge mark on popular music and culture...something that, to my recolection, Survivor, TOTO or any of their ilk never really managed to do!

I said Nirvana had a shitty sound....how's that disrespectful toward the dead? Should I lie and say that I thought his music was good to please you? Here's how I feel about him. Kurt Cobain lived like a scumbag and he died like one. I have NO problem calling a spade a spade. Shitty lyrics, out of tune guitars, and fans who were basically the losers of society is hardly "a huge mark on popular music and culture." That is, unless shit stains count.
