OT - Bigger problem in Philadelphia than gun violence?

I heard this on the news last night and could not believe how fucking stupid the reporter sounded. " The body of a man was found burning on a sidewalk in downtown Philadelphia today. Police are investigating to see whether or not he was SET ON FIRE!"

Did I miss something here? Is there suddenly a rash of people bursting into flames while they walk down the street?

keep in mind this - WAY back wehn the Cardinals (and they should gotten rid of the name when they left STL) were getting ready to leave town, there was a "GREAT" football special on local TV, the host? I've, for some reason, never been a Mavs fan. I'm a Rockets fan when it comes to basketball. (Not that THAT'S any better.lol) But when it was Spurs/Mavs a few years back...I flipped a coin and the Spurs won the toss and the championship.
