Aside from the games, let me ask the guys here a question.

Who else besides me, grows a beard for the playoffs?

I would like to know who is harder core than I when it comes time for the playoffs? I have a pic I took last night and will upload it when I get home. The way the Vancouver series is going, I will be a full member in ZZ Top before the playoffs are over. I will not shave until the canucks lose.

Let me know what you fuckers are going to do.

Not only that Deb, I won't change my underwear unless I experience some seepage throughout the day and I end up smelling like a men's room at the Greyhound Bus Station in Wichita.

Oh come on. Let's be honest here. All guys have skid marks on their underwear and all women have spottage.

Hey, what you call blood stains on a woman's panties?

I used to be hardcore before Stevie won a cup. That's what I wanted after watching him bust his ass all those years. He ended up getting 3....Anything else the Wings win for me is gravy :D

You mean you don't get into it anymore? Is it because Detroit already has won 3 Cups in the last 12 or so years?

Are you going to shave? I am NOT. Are you?

I still get into it and am pissed when they lose. But the 3 cups has chilled me out from being the freak I was. Yeah, I'm shaving. Kinda have to for work. Dude if you're really hardcore you need to knock out at least 1 of your 2 front teeth :D

I was going to put you in my poll Treetop, as I know you, Lula and Deb are avid fans. The other women are simply missing out and like lesser sports. Fuck them. Ok, Tree, NO shaving. Deb, no shaving. I want to see some Canadian Tundra flowing out of your jean tops. Lula I can say, has a fucking arboretum going on down there....lol....Tree, put down the razors baby...Your team needs you.

Gotta trim it down a little though. Don't want your man to have to go in with a weed wacker or hedge trimmers.

Dean'o the men in my family circle would be proud of ya.
However the beard growth among the males in family holds
no heave-hoe until HUNTING season when they are away from
us ladies for ten days with only one bath.
They come home looking like things not even their Mother's
could love.
Quick shave and a scrub of the round about and we're good to go! :P

Isn't that the worst? It is acceptable for us to have facial hair, but women cannot have leg hair!

Yea, I'd love to play along with the Playoff Beards but, you know how it goes,
bullshit military regs and all...

Now I could try and grow a nice Porn 'Stache :D

Congrats on that monster of a game last night, 'Nuck fans!
THAT'S what Playoff hockey is about!
Using a 10 minute OT and then a shoot-out in the Finals is a travesty!!!

Pens got sucker-punched in the jaw by a team that hasn't
skated that fast or played that well in years.
I don't think the Sens will catch them off-guard like that again
but it's gonna be a long series.

Since I didn't post them elsewhere, my Playoff predictions are as follows:

East:

Buffalo in 5... i think the Isles can grab at least one game.
New Jersey in 6. St Louis and Lecalvier will make up for TB's soft goal-tending and steal 2 games.
Rangers in 5. Ranger's have been Playoff-Style Hockey all month, Lundquist is hot and Jagr is healthy.
Pens in 7, God Dammit!!!

West:

Calgary in 6! They know how to play the Wings.
Nucks in 6 and they are all one-goal decisions (5-4, 2-1, 3-2...)
Preds in 6
Ducks in 4
Welcome to Terminus... You hungry?

2-0. 2nd goal was off Calgary Defenceman Stewart, who was 3 feet wide of the net and the rubber ricocheted in. Argh.

Um, I could swear I typed it last night. I took San Jose...For real. I wouldn't say it now after being up 1-0. I wrote it somewhere last night.

Well, seeing how it was Lidstrom, I'm sure he banked it off Stewart intentionally. Lidstrom never misses!!! :D

Hell Calgary only has 12 shots through 2 periods. I thought it was Calgary that had the superior Defense! Thanks again for Vernon, when I'm at the Joe and look up at the 97 S.C. banner I thank the Flames for their incompetence :D
