Speaking of commercials, I laugh every time I see this Canadian beer commercial and its sequal. Saint John should get a chuckle out of this.

I dunno about Conroy being a cutie, but he's a hell of a nice guy, as most hockey players are. I met him when he was here as a Blues player.

If i had more alcohol in me, I might agree with him being a cutie.

is Vancouver still in it?

Yes, he is very personable. We were glad to get him back.

Calgary seems to be getting squeezed by the stripes. They had some penalties not called for them.

Hell Yesss! Thanks strungout I was cruising the board during the intermission and saw you cryin your eyes out. Went downstairs and saw the replay!!! whoohooo! And the cherry on top is, Franzen scored the goal. The same Franzen that chickenshit McLennan cheapshotted. Fuck the Flames. I've lost all respect for them as an organization. Kipper's a great goalie, but the Flames got outplayed in just about every game. They deserved to lose!

knocked out is Toronto.
Will you still watch the rest off the playoffs?
What team will you root for now?

Glad to see that game end, I'm pretty sure my neighbors were a bit miffed when the Mule scored that goal, I let out a loud "Yes!!" and a "Fuck you Flames".

Now it's either #5 San Jose or #6 Dallas pending the outcome of tonights Dallas - Canucks game. I'd rather face Dallas myself, at least in this round.

Damn am I tired, I was so wired after the game I didn't get to bed until 3, then got up at 6 and now I"m at work, tired but happy.

Yeah cuz it was in Calgary's barn! The Wings bring their "A" game on the road with them. The Flames lay down like Paris Hilton!

Everyone except Kipper...
If I was him, I would personally sucker-punch every-single-one of his team-mates!!!
He has to defend/face 55 shots in over 80 minutes of play while Hasek only faces 21-22????
What a fuckin' disgrace.

Congrats to the Wings, though.
I'm looking forward to the Buffalo/Rangers series now.

Here were my first-round predictions from the 12 April Hockey thread...
i didn't do too bad :)

East:

Buffalo in 5... Got this one right.
New Jersey in 6. St Louis and Lecalvier will make up for TB's soft goal-tending and steal 2 games. Got this one right.
Rangers in 5. Never thought Rangers would sweep them.
Pens in 7, God Dammit!!! The Kids let me down and got SERIOUSLY out-played!

West:

Calgary in 6! Blew this one, just like the rest of te Flames.
Nucks in 6 and they are all one-goal decisions (5-4, 2-1, 3-2...) Close... But now I think Dallas in 7 :)
Preds in 6 Bad Call
Ducks in 4 Close... But I got the Ducks right :)

Round 2 predictions later :D
Welcome to Terminus... You hungry?

Oh yeah, Don Cherry can go to hell too for saying the Wings team is full of "sweeties".
Them "sweeties" just put the beatdown on his Flames for all 6 games
