You don't have to tell me about the set list. I do think that Jeff has influenced them to add a variety. He had the suggestion to repersent all albums, at least Perry on. You know as well as I do, the majority of concert goers are there for the "dirty dozen" and us hard core fans have to take what we get if we choose to buy that ticket. I look forward to what Jeff brings to the table and have faith his talent will deliver the goods.

It's definitely an interesting group of people. The only part of Journey that doesn't have a hard core voice is Journey before SP. After that, you've got fanatics from and for all incarnations. Damn near willing to fist fight over what they believe is Journey. There's a lot of passion in some folks around here, and that's a great thing. Journey gets more posts than all the other bands put together on MR. Who'da thunk it after 34 years?

Perry got me interested in Journey and it remains to be seen if JSS can get me interested again. Singing the old songs doesn't do it but new music might.

You won't hear anything here or anywhere for that matter, before May 12, but yes we are debuting a new song called Winds Of Freedom, a song written especially for & about Virginia. Jon & Neal knocked the core of it out while I was overseas, I will add & finish it up with some ideas as well & the song will debut that evening of the show.

Awww, how can a gal not love that sweetie Deen, never met him, but I have heard nothing but stellar comments from the people that have. Never really noticed the drummer of a band much before until I watched the 2001 dvd and there is Deen back there just a smiling, head bopping away to the music as he's drumming. Nothing more entertaining than watching somebody who just loves what they do.
