Journey opened for Def Leppard last year. FACT! Journey has even less drawing power than Leppard. FACT! Generations blew. OPINION! X Lep's last original disc was Lep's 2nd best to Hysteria. OPINION! :D

IF thats true (its not), so what? Britney spears can sell more seats than Def Leppard and and can't sing or play. Well, Def cant either but at least Britney has tits....

The point is, no matter what you say, anyone in Journey can out sing our play his counterpart in Def Leppard, and Journey song writing is far superior.

I might agree with this depending on which Journey you're talking about

Not when the same album has a song with Joe Elliot doing call/response parts with the lyirics

Nice job going back 15 years for bad songs...At least you had to get in a car, drive to a cd shop and pick up these horrible songs, instead of getting them imposed on you for "free" at the gate now did you?

It is one of my least favorite Lep songs. Though I have to admit it does amaze me how well it goes over live!

Well, I would disagree with that, Generations being my favorite jrny album and all. Recent DL clunker? No Matter What. Horrendous.

Def Leppard drew 4000 people in my area the last time they played without a Journey or Bryan Adams to bail them out.

FACT

X was a decent album though and the tour was good. Playing the first side of High & Dry that time was cool.

"Make Love Like a Man" is the worst song ever recorded in the history of music. OPINION

AR Def Leppard drew about 16,000 to the Palace of Auburn Hills(capacity for concerts 21,000) here during the X tour last part of 2005. Must depend on the area of the country. When they played with Journey this past year def lepard fns outnumber journey fans that is a fact. Journey is still a big draw here in Detroit because 2005 on the Generations tour they sold out DTE which holds about 17,000.

I'm not a big fan of yeah! but hey it's a covers cd. X was great, IMO the song Scar is better than Generations in it's entirety. Maybe my fav. DL song ever. Great stuff :D

Scar is VERY good, as are 4-letter Word, and You're So Beautiful. I happen to think those 3 are topped handilly when put up against Faith In The Heartland, The Place In Your Heart and Every Generation.
