I respected the Sens through the season, they are solid on both ends of the ice.
But it's become clear the they will do WHATEVER it takes to with the East (revenge
for Buffalo ousting them last year), with zero regard to player safety and ethics.

I've never hated a sports team before, but the dangerous stunts by Fisher, Vermette,
and Alfredsson in Game 2 has changed that. I'd like to take a bat to those bastards.

The Sens found a way to kill the Sabres speed... If you can't skate with them, mug them
at the blue line and on the boards through the whole game...

So much for the "new NHL" with speed and precision... we're back to "Slapshot" hockey...

Buffalo is small and speedy with 4 great lines (regular season). Sens are brutes...allowed to play like brutes.Sabres have little brawn to contend with that.
Their hands are tied behind their backs. The Sens killed us in Game 1 fair and square. Adjustments were made for Game 2 and the Sabres came out FLYING, then the Sens bullshit started. Completely took the wind out of the Sabres sails. By the beginning of Game 3 when Briere went hard to the net only to have his knees taken out on 2 non calls, you could see the team just completely quit. Total frustration set in. Very sad... (no forecheck, defense has become very tentative, etc...)

Buffalo has brought back a few popular players (Gaustad, Connolly) from injury the last few weeks and it was a mistake.They should have stuck with the chemistry that worked instead of killing their scoring ability and their new embarrasing PP.

You don't make integral changes right before the playoffs if returning players are out of sync. "Dance with the one that brought you..."

it was a pronger hit... rob hit mostly boards... they sent the wrong guy to the box & kicked the wrong guy out. nobody was cheering because holmstrom laid on the ice. if they were like us they were looking elsewhere & just heard the hit. after it looked like holmstrom was seriously injured most of the people stopped clapping... until he got up. sure some people are jerks and have no class... but every team has those fans... not just the ducks. i don't boo other teams or players & i only boo the ref when it really is a bad call. some people boo and/or chant no mater what. makes us look foolish.
