I can't view it but I suspect it's the SNL sketch...?

If so - THAT is all-time FUNNY! I can't watch it without choking.

They are his real teeth Phyllis and yes LL they are British. Born in England, lived in Manchester until their early to mid teens, then moved to Australia.

Barry has always talked like that Fyre. It's just a mannerism of his. :)

I've noticed the mannerism before - you can even hear it in his singing - but it seemed so much more pronounced. It just seems like his teeth are going to leap out of his mouth and boogie across the stage.

Those teeth sure produce a killer smile though.

Oh, yeah. Basically I'm just jealous. I have a mouthful of those infamous "Euro teeth" that we hear so much about on this board.

Very sad.

Maurice was married to Lulu. Barry is the only one who has stayed married to his first and only wife. They have raise five kids.

Ummm Sherrie........... I will have to disagree with this. From stuff I had read way back then, Barry was once married to another lady before marrying Linda. It was a short marriage, and after the divorce, Barry married Linda. It was a big scandal in Britain at the time. :D

You know Sal, now that you mention it there may be something about that in the thing we were talking about yesterday evening. I don't really remember. I've seen a couple of those biographical shows and I don't remember which one this is.

I would like to see Journey on AI next year... In my opinion, there have been only two really good singers come out of that show, and that is Kelly and Chris...

I could only handle watching AI once this year, and it about killed me to do that..

I was so disappointed in Bon Jovi last week. What is the Hell is going on???

MD did finally break through and show what she could do last night. It was interesting to see what songs that the judges picked for the three. I think that Simon shortchanged Jordin with his pick.

Melinda was magnificent last night! Far and away the best of all. Jordin is extraordinarily talented, but a bit uneven at times. She's young with a big future ahead no doubt. Blake's beat boxing thing has gotten so tedious. He just doesn't have the versatility the ladies do.

Melinda should win hands down, hopefully!

Melinda. Told you Jordin would win. AI needs someone to market to the young crowd after Taylor Hicks only managed to sell a handful of records. Melinda was the best singer, but probbaly doesn't appeal to the youngsters. But she will probably do better by not winning.

That shocked the hell out of me. I can't believe people prefer that Justin Timberlake dork over Melinda. Like you said though, she'll probably do better by not winning. Just because you don't come in first, doesn't mean you won't go on to be a star. My vote to win it now is Jordin.

Kind of figured that would happen but was going for her to lose in the finale.

I get the feeling it happened because Simon ragged on the other two, Tue. nite and announced that he wanted "His girl Melinda to win."I felt that it was done to spite Simon. You could tell that the judges knew at the beginning who was going to go and so did Melinda. She looked like she was in shock as soon as the show started on Wed. and Simon acted pissed all during the show. I wonder if he learned anything from it?

Although I think Melinda was probably the best pure talent out there, I think the finale is going to be MUCH more interesting with Blake and Jordin (even though I think Jordin has it in the bag). If Blake senses that Jordin has it, I hope he pulls out all the stops and does some really unique things with his songs...did you know that he used to perform around Seattle under the moniker "Shorty-B" :?

Blake is a Joke nad YES, a Justin timberlake wanna be.

I ahven't followed the show as much this year (and I'm not sad about it either), but I felt all alog that Melinda would win, simply because she was the very best and most consistent all season long. Though lately and I told my Niece who can't miss an episode, this past Tuesday before the show started, that although I initially thought Melinda would win it hands down, Jordin has been coming on strong lately and had more mass apeal. My Niece didn't buy it, and I haven't talked to her to see what she thought of Melinda leaving, but I suspect she may now agree with me even a little bit. Her Mom (my Sis) thinks Blake has more mass appeal, but really, isn't one Timberlake enough at a time? Jordin proved Tuesday night that she can sing old as well as newer songs.

I disagree.
Chris Richardson was the JT-Wannabe (thats Timberlake, not JourneyTroll  ).
Blake is nothing but an annoying, beat-boxing douche-bag with a
huge voting sector coming from the female teeny-bopper population
and from your classic, simple-minded 'White American' trash...
He sings every song the same way, in that monotone, slowed wording/phrasing
technique used sometimes by his favorite band, 311.

I hope Jordin blows the fucker away next week...
But it won't matter.
A very thick-boned female, born of an inter-racial relationship
and basically built like a High School football nose-tackle won't
be good enough for the majority of the assclowns that vote every week!

I usually love this show but, after seeing performers like Melinda and Lakeisha
get thrown to the wayside while a twit like Blake keeps cruising by, I can't watch any longer...
Pathetic.
Welcome to Terminus... You hungry?

I'm sure it's not surprising that they would go, after the whole Sanjaya B.S.
