Belmont, 1998, Real Quiet has a huge lead in the belmont and Kent Desormeaux moved a bit too early and lost by a snot hair to Victory Gallop, thus losing one of sports most envious trophies, the Triple Crown.

AMR reduced our wages and benefits by over 30% to keep the company out of bankruptcy in '02. Since then, upper management has given themselves bonuses twice. In this latest round of bonuses this spring, the top 99 managers paid themselves $160 million, and we've got nothing back. Calling them retention bonuses. I'm sure there is a huge bustling market out there for airline management. The worst run industry in the world. They have worse customer satisfaction than the IRS. Unions are not the problem my friend. There is nothing wrong with the average working man making a decent living. That's what this country was founded on, not elitism. If this shit keeps up, this country will be just like Mexico economically. We're closer to that reality than you think.
