Damn...I can't find a sufficiently absurd and insulting avatar of Schon yet...

I'll have to make do with the greatest football club the world has ever known. And yes it is FOOTBALL...not soccer.

Any record company can produce a compilation album and call it Power Ballads, no time line on this one Matt

Well...buy the UFO album from 1977 then and watch your argument crumble into dust, Styxman.

No, you're missin' my point here...I bet the word Power Ballad wasn't a term used back then but there again I bet you have the answer to that also

Styxman! Let's never argue again! I had no idea you were a Spurs fan....

Yes I went every home game from between 1979-1986...great, great days weren't they?

And then I stopped going until around 1995 and I had a season ticket until around five years ago...and it was utterly depressing. The Sugar years were so dull...although Kilinsmann and Ginola were great.

Have you been keeping half an eye on our recent revival? Seen any of Berbatov's goals?

Er...no I don't have an answer to that. Shit! :)

That's a good question...who came up with the term and when? Some Rolling Stone journo probably....

I look for the results but haven't a clue who plays for them now, lost interest in the 90's when teams in the UK became the dumping ground for Europe's has beens. Now it's the opposite, they all want a piece of UK football. I follow (wait for it) Gretna, what a story of one man's dedication to the game that is 8)

Watched Spurs around the same time as you but livin' up in Wales I only twice travelled down to London, the Game I remember wasn't at White HL, it was an FA semi at Highbury Spurs v's Brighton HA...2 all was the result, I'm sure of. Always watched them at Highfield and Goodison Park and it was the standing joke at the time that everytime they came to Everton it was always a score draw..great times for sure.

Neal has such a great looking smile!

Some of the pictures I've seen of him (here on the board) recently touring with Journey, he doesn't seem to be smiling much, but when he does, he looks good!

Damned great song. John Waite is such a great singer and songwriter - Temple Bar was one for the ages. I miss those days!

What about the one that TNC posted a while back where he said that it looked like the time his grandfather made that same face, followed by group of nurses rushing into the room with a garden trowel and a hose...or something to that effect.

Actually, here it is...

He definitely looks like an old man getting ready to soil his undergarments.
