Yep, disappointed it took somebody else all day to pick up on it, too.

It doesn't run backwards. Whose to say the Northern Hemosphere runs correctly?

By the way, the "effect" of liquids spinning in opposite directions is called the "Coriolis effect." The closer to the Equator the less demonstrative it appears.

Also, here in SoCal, we NEVER drink tap water. Tastes like HOTS menstrual discharge, and pee all in one.

BTW
Nice pace of change Deano...
I agree with your comments on Arrowhead even the spring water doesn't taste right but I will drink it over la tap water...LOL.

I wouldn;t drinl LA tap water either
Won't even give it to the bird
I don't know if any thing can live in it
but I do know you can't use it to proof yeast as it kills the activity
so I figure its not too good on the body either

My parents in Australia have water tanks & the water comes from the sky
That's just the way it is.
Tasted ok to me
I even drank out of the river
I lived...

My favorite water comes from Colorado. It's mixed with some great hops an barley and fermented to produce that which has gotten me totally fucked up tonight! I love that water!

So.. you're saying you know what jizz tastes like.. LOL

Anyways..

Smart water, ie; water with elecrolites is best for you. Also, green, (only green) Gatorade & EmergenceC vitamin C is good for you as well. Cut the fat! Whatever looks like fat probably is fat.. Don't eat what looks like will turn to fat. Excercise. The closer you get to 10,000 steps a day.. the better.

On average, I'm at about 7500 spd. Need to work on that some more.

That's the advice I've been given.

Has anyone else here tried Penta water?

Image

It truly is different, I didn't believe it either until so many trainers I met were recommending it. It is absorbed into the body quicker than any other water because of what they do to it with sound waves. :?: crazy right? its expensive too, mostly found at higher end type stores like Whole Foods. If you are going to have a party night, this is the water to have on hand for the morning after!

This is a list of specific claims for Penta found on websites maintained and owned by Penta/Bio Hydration Research Labs/Aquaphotonics.
Penta Water contains water clusters of fewer molecules than normal water. *
Penta Water has a 30% reduction in cluster size. *
Penta Water enters cells 14% faster than normal water. *
Cells cultured in Penta Water survive 266% longer than in normal water. *
Cells cultured in Penta Water have a 3× decrease in acidity compared to cells cultured in distilled water.[5]
Athletic performance measurably improves after consumption of Penta Water. *
Penta Water has a higher boiling point than normal water and this is not due to dissolved impurities. *
Penta is easier to drink than normal water. *
Penta aids in weight loss. *
Penta is the purest bottled water on the market.[6]
In vitro, Penta dissolves kidney stones faster than lab water.[6]

In particular, Bio Hydration Research Labs states that their 'Penta process' of subjecting water to high energy sound waves, creating sonoluminescence, reduces the average size of the water clusters present in liquid water.[2][3] This supposedly makes it easier for water molecules to pass through cell membranes. It is further claimed that water so treated improves the 'survivability' of cells.

Interesting
Sound waves have an energy
They can move atoms at subatomic level
Perhaps that is why music pleases us

I hve to try it 8) ...

I've been getting Arrowhead spring water delivered for over 20 yrs - in SoCal. My future husband thought I was crazy to buy water...then, I gave him some & he has never gone back to tap. Maybe, I should try the tap now & see if I taste the difference - maybe, they improved it since. I do give my kids tap water because you are suppose to for the flouride. I have thought about where the Arrowhead water comes from exactly, especially when there isn't much rainfall?? Where I grew up we had foul well water - ewww! big particles were floating in it all the time - we never drank the water & that is probably the reason I am a cokehead (real coke, not diet) - we always had pop in the house.

I love ice tea, plain, but I also really like Arizona bottled tea with honey & ginseng.

Anyway, I try not to think about where water comes from - recyled toilet water? or vegetables (where do the workers go to the bathroom?) .....and, why do people want to live at the beach? There's always sewage spills like today in Venice...and when it rains it is dangerous at the beaches. Last year we went to the beach, rare for us, in the summer & there were warning signs posted about toxic levels or something...and, we only saw those signs after we all went in the water!

btw, as I am thinking about it - every time it rains in SoCal I am so glad 'cuz it washes away all that gunk guys spit out all over the parking lots & sidewalks!!! God, I hate that so much - what the hell? It is SO disgusting - especially when you slip in it like I did yesterday. Seems every time I look I see a guy hawking & spitting out his car window - it was really bad at college when it happened all the time right in front of me walking to classes!!
