Fishing Journey to Hell

Signs of problems, ignored by us.

No minnows to be had at usual bait shop.

Steering rod siezed, jammed into tube housing. Had to get some dock dude to free it up, because Norm and Dean thought bring tools along was "gay." 35 bucks and some WD40 spray and we got that fixed. Dean looked like an African tribal figure with grease on his cheeks.

The guy who fixed the steering rod, left the motor up and the stabilizers got jammed under the motor, so we needed to fix that. Dean jumps into the water to lift the motor up and relieve the stress of the weight of the motor as to pull the stabs out. Dean sinks into 5 feet of mud. Slices foot on oyster shells. Cannot get out of water...Literally no way to get out...had to swim all the way around and be picked up at dock. Bllod everywhere....wraps it up, all good.

2 hours later, we hit a sand bar. Norm and dean decide to get out and push boat off bar. Dean jumps over and blows out knee. There was only 2 foot of sand...Not good. Tore ligaments and/meniscus.

Norm and Dean both jump in with cell phones in pockets. Both cell phones ruined..well maybe. They are cleaning them now with butter knife, steak knife and Q tips....making progress.
