admit it??!!! i had 2 pairs... i was as mad when they discontinued them
as i was for getting rid of bell bottoms..

Did anybody else wear KangaROOS shoes in the '80s? The tennis shoes with the little pocket in them...

Yep, had some of those, could only fit a quarter in the pocket though, lol.

I never heard of those. Are you sure you young ones don't mean in the early 90's?

No, they were a definite 80's thing. Maybe they couldn't get through the snow to deliver them to you up there :P

I only remember Nike's, Penny Loafer's, jelly shoes and boat shoes. NO Kangaroos.

Well you missed out, lol. I had those uncomfy jelly shoes, now they're coming back too

wearing Nike's & pajamas  right now.

The Nike's back then were of a certain design that everybody wore. Not like the ones you wear now :P

The Garden of Eden can't be found on a map. It's not a geographical location. It's right where you are - if you're in the spirit.

Oh, that's what those were called! My brothers had them all over their bunk beds. And, that memory is tied in with Creepy Crawlers...that gooey stuff you baked to make spiders & bugs. (Please don't tell me you all sniffed that, too!)
