Matthew never even said it was a Bush thing, and now a totally bogus and political escape hatch is trying to be dug for that dispicable post.

It's not an escape hatch and it's not bogus Joe13. It's reality. It's the way the world sees this country and why things like the chant and the humor that Matt found in it happen. Maybe it seems like a political statement to you and Dave, but I was only trying to state the obvious truth.

This is so disgraceful. Unbelievably disgraceful. In multiple posts about it, he never once mentioned the politics of it.

I can't even talk to either of you 2 for a while.

Except to ask you THIS question: Would you be so quick to cook up an excuse for that post if he wasn't so firmly in the perry camp?

IMO Congress needs to stop taking campaign funds from Ins companies and cap lawyers from being such a huge expense to the medical industry. Some states are already doing it and their costs are dropping. Canadians come here because of their waiting list even with serious conditions. Euro health care is a joke. LAWYERS need to be limited in getting their hands in our health care dollars so doctors would not have to be practicing defensive medicine. If you could only see the gov and her health ins company both trying to dump her because her head injury is long term. No person who is a lawyer should EVER be elected to Congress. Amen

And Sherrie, you are wrong as well.

The Mexicans chanting "Osama Osama" weren't directing anything at Bush. They were snickering at our loss(3,000 people).

It was NOTHING political. I hate Bush more than anyone, but Jesus Christ, he isn't to blame for everything.

Christ, what's wrong with you people?

Another bullshit untruth. The Health Scare people will have you believe that. Canadian health care is far superior to that of the United States. Everyone is covered, and don't give me that waiting list shit either.

I crack jokes about everyone. I have told black jokes, Beaner jokes, Aussie jokes, Canadian jokes, Yankee jokes and even told Cyndy poon Asian jokes. We all need to laugh at ourselves.

However, laughing at the demise of 3,000 innocent souls, being mocked by unappreciative Mexicans, makes you one gutless heartless sonofabitch Matthew.

Yes, Deano, and don't forget the Jewish jokes too. They are quite different than 100,000 mexicans chanting O. and rubbing it in out faces... I was deeply offended, but not offended by a joke and the word is JOKE that you make sometimes...those 100,000 Mex. were totally serious and thats the difference.

We'll elect YOU president and YOU can get the blowjobs while all this happens. Oh yeah, almost forgot that Clinton was told our Special Forces had Bin Laden in their cross hairs and merely needed his OK, but he felt he wasn't a true threat and didn't want to cause any instability. Great fuckin' decision THAT was. 9/11 took SIX years of planning......5 and a half under Clinton and 6 months under Bush, yet everyhting is always Bush's fault. ohsherrie wrote:Matt is no more a callous, unfeeling person than Dean is. This whole argument is bullshit.

Bush has given most of the world such a bad feeling about this country that it doesn't surprise me in the least that someone from England would find an apparent slap-in-the-face aimed at Bush and his policies (not the people killed on 9/11), funny. Even though the Mexicans were undoubtedly making their statement regarding the immigration policies, any slap at Bush could seem funny to someone who's country has been effected by his disastrous regime.

First of all, who gives a fuck what the rest of the world thinks about us? Typical Democrat...guiding by meaningless polls. The fact that you would condone ANY taunting by the Mexican fans regarding their illegal, systematic destructon of our country is numbing. As for Bush's "disastrous regime" I'll say this. When Bill Clinton took office Al-Qaeada was working in a handful of countries (5-10 is the best estimate). Yet, when he left they were operating in OVER 200. Considering that they bombed the WTC, attacked us around the world and dragged our tortured and mutilated soldiers through the streets of Mogadishu under Clinton's watch, I'd choose my words a bit more carefully. Then again, Clinton responded by........DOING NOTHING. They clearly took root, got organized and reached maximum strength while Clinton was getting blowjobs and lying under oath. Bush has them on the run, has all but destroyed their infrastructure and has them fighting our military ELSEWHERE rather than here. You had the right words, just the wrong regime. You should move to France. They share your stupid views.

I don't know about France St. John. Didn't they just vote in a "pro-American" president? Funny for a country that hates us so much.
